Entry-level Sales and Customer Success

Stagnation and boredom are my mortal enemies. I love learning new skills and using them to enhance my life and the systems around me. I started learning guitar last year and love creating practice systems to manage my time and stay accountable to my studies.

I am currently a Praxis participant honing my time management, communication, and concentration skills while I continue to balance my day-to-day responsibilities at Target. During my time working for Target, I have already learned to effectively help customers, communicate with my team leads, work using standard operating procedures, and think critically about how to prioritize my workloads for the time available.

📜 Projects

I built a follow-up email campaign nurturing trade show leads

🌟 My campaign had a 49% open rate and a 7% click-to-open rate. This was part of a one-month-long project to learn as much about sales as possible. I documented everything I did on my medium profile.

I created Facebook ads for my local climbing gym.

🧗🏻‍♂️ I analyzed target demographics, wrote the ad copy, edited the ad images, and created functional ads in Facebook Ads Manager. I did this project in one week, including learning how to use Facebook Ads Manager.

I got certified in HubSpot

I know that the less time you have to invest in training me, the better. That's why I took a HubSpot certification course to ensure that I am familiar with CRM software before starting in a sales role. I also wrote a blog post that goes into depth about what I learned.
